Technical Integration Specialist (software)

Job Description

Most integration roles in physical security software are glorified ticket-clearing.

This one isn't. You'll own the full lifecycle — design, build, deliver, and the messy escalations no one else can crack.

You'll design integration solutions across on-prem to hardware, on-prem to cloud, and cloud to cloud. You'll work DevOps Agile through development, UAT and functional validation.

You'll manage the technical lifecycle end-to-end — documentation, CCTV/event-based system setup for internal validation, and training the people who come after you.

When an integration hits a wall, you're the one called in to replicate, root-cause and resolve it.

Stack: .NET, ASP, NetCore, IIS, APIs, Websockets, HTTP. MSSQL, scaled Windows Server, Powershell, Postman.

Bonus: Hands-on with Access Control, IP cameras, NVRs, CCTV and VMS platforms.

Strong IP networking required — firewalls, load balancing, on-prem and cloud.

A manual testing/QA mindset and the patience to chase a nuance until it's solved. Clear written and verbal communication — you'll be customer-facing.

Suitable for support engineers ready to own delivery end-to-end, integration specialists tired of being handed half-built solutions, or QA-minded technicals who like the problems no one else wants. Low ego, high accountability.

Remote UK. Flexible hours roughly 8am-6pm UK. Travel to partners and customers organised ahead of time.
